ABOUT
Hello, I'm Olivia, an artist obsessed with nature. Bramble & Olive has come about from my lifelong love of art and my need to be outdoors soaking up all of natures wonders.
From as early as I can remember, I have always loved crafting and painting. My love of art blossomed at school and it has shaped my studies and career ever since. I am never happier than with a paintbrush in my hand (or cuddling my cockapoo, Noodle!).
My art celebrates and takes inspiration from all natural things, from breathtaking landscapes to beloved pets. I like to try and find the beauty in every day things and try to capture them using different media, from pencil to oil paints.
Having spent half of my childhood on the North Norfolk coast you’ll see that its big sweeping skies and beaches feature in my work a lot. It’s probably the place I feel happiest, and it is pure escapism for me when painting it.
You’ll also spot a Scandinavian influence in my work too. My partner is Swedish and raising our daughter with both English and Swedish traditions is really important to me. And let’s face it, the Swedes do things pretty brilliantly (hygge, fika, IKEA, tomte, folklore, saunas, nature appreciation and so much more!).
Happiness is a key part of why I choose to paint and it’s my hope that I can share that feeling through my art.

Brand values
Everything I create at Bramble & Olive is centred around my brand values.

Rooted in nature
Every brushstroke and product is an invitation to pause, notice and connect with the natural world. From rock pools to thistle trails, nature is not just an inspiration, it is my co-creator.

Kind to the earth
I choose sustainable materials and responsible partners because the land that inspires my work deserves to be protected. This includes plastic-free packaging, FSC-certified paper, and UK-based printing.

Creating quiet connection
Whether it is through a card sent to a loved one, or a print on the wall capturing a meaningful landscape, my work helps people feel connected - to themselves, to others and to nature.

Slow made
My art is thoughtfully painted, and my products are created in small batches. There is intention behind everything - no rush, no excess.
